This illegally parked parking pig gave a false statement that got Russell Rope arrested by warrant with a felony charge and bail set at $50,000. Russell posted bail and has a lot more to say about everything coming soon or to be added to his book. Russell is 100% confident that his evidence proves both his innocence and that this is attempted entrapment related to the Legal Trill OG. Hope of the Rope is to be exonerated soon/before court date set for mid July. Russell plans to sue for badge and bail amount.
