You know what that means? Free slurpees! Stopped by a 7-Eleven around 4pm and the line was so long that it would have cost more time is money than it was worth. Checked out the one in our hood and waited in line to see, as was expected, the machine was dishing out slurpee flavored soda. The moral of the story is: the person behind 7-11 day is a marketing genius because everyone is talking about 7-11 and now I want a quality slurpee…and a 40. 7-Eleven should use some money from increased slurpee etc. sales tomorrow to pay for advertising here today.
