Hempy Independence Day! Did you know the OG Declaration of Independence was written and drafted by Benjamin Franklin, and on hemp paper? Franklin actually grew hemp and owned a hemp paper mill. If you read the information on the linked pages, you should be able understand that the text of the Declaration of Independence is both awesome for being a statement of our supreme sovereignty, and also infuriating because current laws are hypocritical of it.
