#Created By @RussellRope
This video is more like three random videos and an audio recording all mixed together. The footage of Russell Rope playing the electric guitar was filmed about six months ago. The recording of Russell playing the same original tune was made last week. The model was shot in the beginning of February. The visual effects were created somewhere inbetween. This presentation is more about the eye candy than the music. RRP is fit to produce much more advanced work. Connect @ info@RussellRope.com

Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson
Finally finished reading the biography of Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson; cover to cover. This book is long and took some time to work through, but its information has already proved to be valuable in conducting business at RRP. Steve Jobs and company created and innovated at the intersection of arts and science, and in doing so changed the world. Jobs got it right and credited his success more to brutal honesty than to reality distortion. Might update this post later, but for now, Jobs would agree to keep moving forward.

CU Buffs Win!
The University of Colorado Buffaloes won the first ever Pac 12 Men’s Basketball Championship! Russell Rope attended the final match, which was held at Staples Center. Unlike the previous CU bball game he attended in LA, Russell was not kicked out “for not being in his seat.” For LA, there was a solid representation of Psi, but “we not I” could roll more deep. There was also a surprising representation of Chey Hoz.

SmokeOut Festival 2012 (mobile videos)
Someone made a mistake and our old contacts are no longer with Guerilla Union, so our press/video/photo access did not get approved in time; however, our new friends @ GU should take care of us in the future and thanks to G. West Collective of Los Angeles for hooking up a couple of VIP tickets. Missed Wiz and some others, but we arrived @ NOS Events Center in time for Cypress Hill, Thievery Corporation, Sublime with Rome, Korn, and Rusko. Those bands are rad, but the lineup and SmokeOut in general were better last year. The stage lighting was incredible this year. More and better footage from our other cameras maybe coming someday, but for now you can check out these weak mobile vidz:

Some Old Concert Videos
Not the best videos we have made, but not bad for shooting from the crowd, using p.o.s. camera, and being with someone who needed to get out for fresh air between sets. Thought about not publishing because of quality, but the videos were shot, chopped up, and rendered.
