Obama should legalize if he wants to go down in history like Martin Luther King Jr.

#MLK quotes make great points for legalization of marijuana and much more:

“Law and order exist for the purpose of establishing justice and when they fail in this purpose they become the dangerously structured dams that block the flow of social progress.” The drug war has failed. Put our resources to better use.

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” Local legalization is not true justice. Medical and legal states are still in danger until there is federal reform.

Hempy Independence Day! Did you know the OG Declaration of Independence was written and drafted by Benjamin Franklin, and on hemp paper? Franklin actually grew hemp and owned a hemp paper mill. Several other national leaders, both whose faces grace our money, and also who are known for growing and/or smoking cannabis hemp include: Washington, Jefferson, Jackson, and Lincoln who is known for saying, “two of my favorite things are sitting on my front porch smoking a pipe of sweet hemp, and playing my Hohner harmonica.” More info about politicians, politics, and cannabis @ this Wiki.

If you read the information on the linked pages, you should be able understand that the text of the Declaration of Independence is both awesome for being a statement of our supreme sovereignty, and also infuriating because current laws are hypocritical of it. This is a declaration that it is time for legalization. End medical cannabis and industrial hemp prohibition. Time to vape kush, rock the guitar, drink, and blow something up @ RRP. Peace.
